With four decades of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology nearing completion, I bring families a perspective shaped by time, presence, and proximity. My career began in direct care inside private homes, nursing facilities, and hospital settings throughout southern Maryland where I witnessed the realities of aging as they unfolded day by day.

Those decades in the field offered more than technical skill; they revealed how health changes reshape family dynamics, routines, and expectations. As my work evolved, I moved toward Gerontology to better understand the clinical and systemic forces influencing care decisions beyond the immediate moment.

Today, my role is to be the steady hand when the path ahead feels blurred. While my roots are in the physical work of care, I realized that families often need something more than just hands-on help, they need a map. I utilize my forty years of observation and my academic training to help you navigate the "everything else" that comes with aging.

I’m here to help you decipher the medical jargon, weigh the options for the future, and manage the logistics that usually fall on your shoulders. My goal is to handle the heavy lifting of healthcare advocacy so you can spend less time managing care and more time being a child, spouse, loved one, or friend. 

We will work together to build a strategy that honors your loved one’s story and ensures their current needs are met with absolute respect. I am here to make sure that as life changes, the essence of who your loved one is remains the focus of every decision we make.
